Last night while Gavin was in the bathtub, Matt was hitting his hands on his knees and for whatever reason, Gavin thought it was hilarious....be careful, his laughter is contagious! :)

11 Months Old

Gavin is 11 months old today. Can't believe he will be ONE YEAR OLD in 4 weeks. He is changing on a daily basis and he is so much fun! Here are some highlights at 11 months~

*Walking 95% of the time - crawls if he falls down and gets mad, but typically will crawl to anything he can pull himself up on and then will walk from there.

*He loves to sleep - he takes 2 good naps during the day, usually between 1.5-2 hours each and then goes to bed everynight by 7:30 and usually sleeps until 6-7 am.

*He has 4 teeth - 2 on the top and 2 on bottom. He has been chewing on his fists a lot lately and drooling more than usual, so I think some more teeth are coming.

*He babbles constantly - he is always "talking" about something, he loves to yell at the TV and when he's really excited about something, he throws his hands in the air or slams his fist on the table.

*Still eats like a champ - we're slowly switching him over to whole milk and he doesn't seem to have any problems with it so far - and it's way cheaper than formula! He still eats stage 3 baby food for the most part but also has bites of whatever I'm eating too, he loves to pick things up and feed himself.

On another note, Matt's sister Chrissy and her husband Adam came to visit this weekend and it was the first time they got to meet Gavin. We had a lot of fun spending time with them. We tried our best to keep them entertained in the lovely Tri-Cities! Here are a couple pictures:

Growing up...

Our little boy isn't so little anymore! He is no longer a baby, he is such a little boy now! He is walking more and more everyday, loves going up the stairs, he claps all the time and is talking more and more each day. He loves to say "DaDa" and another thing he says a lot is "What's this", but it sounds more like "Wuss thsss", it's so cute! He babbles on and on and his tone is so serious, like he's really trying to talk to us! I can't believe he will be a year old in just a few weeks. Here are some pictures from the last few days~

We took Gavin to a little park on our way to run some errands. He go to try out the swing for the first time - you can tell by the look on his face that he enjoyed it! He loved the breeze in his face and throwing his hands up too, it was so cute!
