Cousins

Earlier in March we went to Spokane to visit my niece Sarah and meet her new baby Kennady.  Gavin & Lily always have fun playing together too!  Here are some pictures from that trip:

Great Grandma Helen

March 12th was Great Grandma Helen's birthday and we went to her assisted living home to celebrate.  Gavin  had a great time saying hi to everyone there!

Books!

Gavin loves books - he gets so serious and makes such a cute face when he's "reading". He's always loved books but now that he is older, it's so much fun watching him make noises at the animals and point certain things out.

So Fast

I never understood it when my mom would tell me "It seems like just yesterday you were a baby..." and now that I am a mom myself, I finally understand what she means! Gavin isn't even 2 yet and I can't believe how fast he is growing up. I spent almost an hour today going through pictures on my computer from his first couple months of life. I can't even remember him being that little! Time really does go by way too fast!

My World

Heard this in a song the other day and it sums up how I feel about this little man...I can't believe how lucky I am to be his Mommy. "My whole world it begins and ends with you..."
