1 Month

Can you believe Gavin was already a month old yesterday? We sure can't. Seems like just yesterday I had 2 pink lines on a pregnancy test and now he's here and is already a month old. He is still becoming more alert on a daily basis and is starting to stay awake a lot more during the day. He likes to sit in his bouncy chair and just look around and listen to all the noises.
In other news ~ Matt & I are in the process of buying our first house! Our offer has been accepted and I don't think anything can go wrong so it's pretty much for sure. It's in West Pasco, 2 story, 2,160 SQ FT, 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, huge fenced backyard ~ it's a foreclosure home so it's pretty trashed inside, it needs all new carpet & paint and we need to get a few appliances but other than that, it's in good shape! We got it for about $30,000 less than what it's worth - bank owned houses are awesome! It should close around the first week of November and we will be moving in around November 15th. Gavin will have his own room - woohoo!
